Classes

Adrián teaches guest workshops worldwide, including private classes in mainly the United Kingdom. He also teaches at Instituto Flamenco La Truco in Madrid, offering general classes year-round.

Classes can be delivered at any of the levels normally specified: that is to say, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. These are defined as follows:

• Beginner: students who have little or no experience of flamenco dance.
• Intermediate people who have studied flamenco dance for some time and who have acquired an understanding of the basic concepts of this discipline.
• Advanced: directed at those who already possess a high level of skill and wide understanding the discipline and who wish to extend their repertoire or study certain aspects of the dance in detail.
• Masterclass: for those professional dancers and teachers who have a really high level and wide knowledge and make a living of teaching and/or dancing.

Working methods will be similar across all these levels, beginning with exercises in technique, continuing to footwork and expressive movement and culminating in a choreographed sequence appropiate to the palo which has been the focus of the class.
